The lights are dim, the exotica is playing and Starshine and Sunshine are craving another cocktail that uses egg whites. Last time it was the Pisco Sour, but this time we came across an easy recipe from one of those too common books with 1000 plus drink recipes. The Apricot Lady is short on ingredients but tall on its classy appearance and simple flavor. Robert Hess already had a great how to video on his youtube channel so we recommend watching and trying this one yourself. Don’t be afraid of the egg white. Robert explains why they are safe in almost all cases.

Mentioned on the show is a site we used to visit all the team. Critiki had been a fun reproduce for finding tiki bars around the world.
