Sunshine, our host and award-winning amateur mixologist, shares his recipes for the cocktails featured on Zen Tiki Lounge podcast. These drinks are delicious and the recipes are updated over time. They range from simple, to complex are often stronger than they appear.

Sunshine does not like blendy drinks. But, if he did, he would make this version of a Piña Colada with less sugar and a few dashes of Aztec Chocolate Bitters.

Add everything to a blender:

1 cup crushed ice

.5oz Dark Jamaican Rum

.1oz Amber Rum

.5oz Coconut Rum like Mahina Coco

.5 cup Pineapple chunks

1tblsp Coco Lopez

.5oz fresh Lime Juice

2 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Blend, blend, blend. Pour into a fancy glass. Garnish with pineapple and liime. Recommend you make at least two at a time. Trust us.
