With three rums and three fresh juices, the Polynesian Threesome will delight you with its hidden potency. It has been said that two of these and your inhibitions are just low enough to try something new.

Passionola syrup was extinct for many years and has recently been reintroduced. Originally going back to the 1930’s, this passion fruit sweetened syrup adds a truly tropical touch to your drinks. It may be best to order this online unless you have a well stocked liquor barn.

2oz Trinity Juice (equal parts lime, lemon and orange juices)

.75oz Rhum Agricole

.75oz Silver Jamaican Rum

.75oz Dark Jamaican Rum

.5oz Passionola, Fassionola, or Passion Fruit Syrup

.5oz Cinnamon Syrup

Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake loosely and pour into tiki mug filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime, lemon or orange wedges and a parasol.
