Shattered Pony & Seven Stars

IMG_0654.jpeg

While attending Circa Caliente 2018 we hosted a room party called Planet ClairErasure. Imagine a blacklight 80’s mini gold course with an alien planet theme. Our two libations were Seven Stars and Shattered Pony. Seven Stars was made with Whalers Dark Rum as the primary spirit and a strong black tea. It was the hit of the party. Shetland Pony was based on a dar with low reward. But what happened was turning a few newbies onto scotch. If you enjoy tiki drinks and scotch, this cocktail is for you. Use fresh OJ! Below are some pics from the room party where we served over 300 cocktails in just over an hour.
