MOOG Over Rita

We are often asked where we get inspiration for our drink recipes. A common starting point is taking a classic such as a margarita and make small changes. Or in this case some rather abrupt changes. At some point the original drink my still be recognizable but far removed from lineage. If you build this cocktail correctly you will find it sour first, then sweet. The green Chile is noticeable from the first time you swallow. Passion fruit works well with the Chile, who knew!?
