- 2 oz Deadhead Rum
- 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice (make sure "cranberries" is the first ingredient and no added sugar)
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice (not from concentrate, Dole canned is great)
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz brown sugar syrup
- 1/4 oz spiced brown sugar syrup by Monin
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters (Angostura)
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice. Strain into a small Brandy snifter. Garnish with pineapple and drunken dried cranberries.
