Aloha Amoré

1 ounce Jamaican Rum

1 ounce Demerara Rum (El Dorado 5yr recommended)

.25 ounce Passion Fruit Liquor (Passoa is great)

.5 ounce Cinnamon Syrup

1.5 ounces Pineapple Juice

1 ounce Grapefruit Juice (White is best, Pink is OK)

2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and pour into ice filled glass or tiki mug.  The drink is pretty, use a clear glass when possible.  Garnish with a few pineapple chunks and a single chocolate skewered on a bamboo stick.  The aroma of the candy and pineapple add to the flavors of the cocktail as you drink.  How many sips can you take before you eat the garnish?
